HOW CAN I WORK WITH YOU?

Working with Social Butterfly is very simple! Make sure you meet the requirements below and then select the package of your choice here. Once you checkout, you will receive the link to a design questionnaire and brand personality quiz. A 30-minute consultation call may be scheduled if additional information is needed.

HOW MUCH CAN I EXPECT TO INVEST FOR A COMPLETE BRANDING PACKAGE?

Social Butterfly offers a range of services and packages with the mission of providing high-quality branding to business owners of all stages. Our branding packages range from $2,500 to $15,000 depending on the services needed and selected add-ons.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO WORK WITH YOU?

Social Butterfly aims to create memorable, scalable, revenue-building brands. To do this, we ask our clients to meet certain criteria to maintain the integrity of our work. These are the requirements we kindly ask our clients to meet, prior to booking your branding packages with us:

-Must have high-resolution branding images (clear, no filters, well-lit)

-Must have a clear vision of your brand direction and target audience.

-Must be able to invest 50% deposit at the time of booking

-Must complete branding questionnaires in their entirety

HOW LONG WILL MY BRANDING PACKAGE TAKE TO COMPLETE?

We strive for the fastest turnaround time possible with every order. On average, our á la carte services take between 10-15 business. days, but during holidays and sales, extended turnarounds should be expected. Full branding packages can range between 60-90 days. However, we do also offer "Rush Services" with as quickly as a 2-day turnaround for a la carte services and a 7-day turnaround for full branding packages.

I DON'T HAVE HIGH-QUALITY IMAGES FOR MY BRAND, CAN I STILL WORK WITH YOU?

High-quality images are a staple in creating premium branding materials that leave a lasting impression on your audience. We take pride in creating the best quality possible, and so, we can not accept bookings for branding packages, websites, or marketing materials without your images meeting the quality criteria. 

 

If you are unable to obtain high-quality images prior to booking, and you are a product-based business, you have the option of shipping your product to our studio to have professional images taken at an additional rate.

Stock Images will not be used in custom work.

DO YOU HAVE ANY BUDGET-FRIENDLY OPTIONS OR PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?

For business owners with a limited budget, we do offer a variety of pre-made graphics such as flyers, business cards, website banners, thank you cards, and more that you can edit to fit your brand desires. This option is best for beginner entrepreneurs who have some basic design experience. See more information below.

We allow our clients the option to either pay in full, put down a 50% deposit on all services over $1,000 or put down 30% for services over $5,000. 

Invoices will be sent for customized branding packages and orders totaling more than $500.

WHAT IS THE DESIGN PROCESS LIKE?

We use a Client Management System known as Honeybook. This platform is where will we exchange information, sign contracts, review designs, and finalize payments on large branding packages.

 

All clients begin with a design questionnaire or consultation call so we can best understand how to assist you.

 

After all the necessary information is collected, Social Butterfly begins by creating an inspirational mood board with various color palettes and typography for you to choose from based on your design preferences. 

With your approval, the official design process begins and within your selected timeframe, you will receive access to your final branding materials, assuming all payments have been completed.
