TEXT-BASED BRAND IDENTITY SUITE
The purpose of a branding suite is to identify your brand so you can use it as a reference for all of your business and marketing materials. It allows you to have a consistent and cohesive aesthetic and message for your brand and leaves a stamp on your audience which makes your brand beautiful to the eye but more importantly, easily recognizable.

ORDER PROCESS:
After payment, you will receive a PDF file questionnaire in which you will be required to fill out with all of your information and preferences (colours, pictures, etc) and email back - once the sample is done, it will be sent via clients preferred form of communication for set amount of of free revisions (refer below). Final copy is sent via email. The turnaround time begins the following day of which your payment and design questionnaire are received.
TURNAROUND TIME:
All artwork takes 7-10 business days (including:, logos, business cards, thank you cards, flyers etc.)
All video edits take 12-25 business days (including:, intros, outros, other video edits etc.)
All websites take 15-35 business days.
Services can be expedited to next day turnaround for an additional $199
PLEASE BE ADVISED, days of operation are business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
*NOTE* SPECIALS OR SALES HAVE EXTENDED TURNAROUND TIME.
REVISIONS:
All artwork costs (including:, Youtube banners, logos, business cards, thank you cards, flyers etc.) come with 3 free revisions during the creation period. If 3 revisions is exceeded, a fee of $15 will be charged PER revision and MUST be paid before revisions are made.
All intro/outro designs comes with TWO roundsof minor revisions during the creation period, which usually isn't required as the questionnaire is filled out thoroughly. If two rounds is exceeded, a fee of $15 will be charged PER revision and MUST be paid before revisions are made.
All website costs come with 3 free revisions during the creation period. If 3 revisions is exceeded, a fee of $15 will be charged PER revision and MUST be paid before revisions are made
Any and all changes that are not from the original order form will cause a delay. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for spelling, info and wording of the design.
REFUNDS:
Once payment has been made to Social Butterfly, the payment is NON-REFUNDABLE unless agreement has been made between client and designer. If any dispute is filed while order is in progress, your order will be cancelled.
